The Melton Mowbray BID Company Ltd was established in October 2011, after Melton businesses voted in favour of a BID for Melton in June. The BID will last for 5 years and will generate £645,000 for the town centre over the five year period.

The Melton BID is a great opportunity for businesses in Melton to unite together to actively improve Melton Town Centre and to have a greater input into what happens in the town. The BID is a means of generating valuable income for the town centre.
